For New Members
CrossFit IronSpider is a fitness community like no other. We offer group and individual coaching, utilizing the CrossFit methodology. Our program is all inclusive and adaptable to anyone despite their fitness levels or abilities. Here you will find a diverse community that includes members of our military, police officers, fire fighters, stay at home moms and dads, doctors, business executives, kids, and retired grandparents. Each and everyone of them started with the decision to step inside the walls of CrossFit IronSpider and give us a try, whether they were “in shape” or not.
The only workouts repeated are “Bench Mark” workouts which track and measure progress. Our program is constantly varied so you will never get bored with the same fitness routine ever again. Your safety is important to us so all workouts are done with a highly certified coach who will emphasize proper technique so you develop correct movement patterns.
New CFIS members get a free trial week, regardless of experience level.
