All About Our Kids & Tween CrossFit
Our CFIS Kids/Tween Fitness Program, for ages 7-11 (kids) and 11 - 16 (tween), instills the value of a physically active life. Our program develops strength, coordination, balance, agility, flexibility and endurance. We help guide them all to greater levels of health and make sure everybody has lots of fun doing it no matter where they begin. Our mission is to help kids develop a life-long love of health, movement, strength and fitness.
The daily themed workouts involve pushing, pulling, running, throwing, lifting, climbing and many other activities that improve fitness, coordination, self-esteem and confidence. We aim to equip children with healthy habits that will stick with them for life.
