All About Personal Training

Personal training is for any IronSpider athlete who would like to bring their training to a new level or maybe work on perfecting a skill or anyone who enjoys One-on-One training for more individualized attention. 

Personal Training can take the place of the CrossFit IronSpider Introduction Beginner Program if you are not able to attend the claases or just do not want to be in a group setting to get started.
