All About “Personal” Training

Personal training is for anyone who would like to start with a more personal approach on their fitness journey with CFIS or for current athletes looking to bring their training to the next level. This will also help members that want to work on technique or skill with pull ups, handstands, Olympic lifting, etc. One-on-One training will offer you more individualized attention and the coaches eye for an entire hour.  

Personal Training can take the place of the CrossFit IronSpider Introduction Beginner Program if you are not able to attend the claases or just do not want to be in a group setting to get started.
