Team WOD: 2 person teams: @ 25 min of: (**Remainder of time left in the class)
1 Rows > 1 Dubs > both Run
1 Partner Rows 500m – while the other does Dubs > at 500 M – switch skills
Once both partners have completed their 500 row - both members run 200m together.
Team Score = # of Meters Pulled and # of completed Dubs: (3 single under = 1 rep)
