In teams of four, complete four rounds each of:
20 Calorie Bike
5 Bear Complexes (135/85)
*1 Bear complex = 1 Deadlift, 1 Hang clean, 1 Front squat, 1 S2OH, 1 Back squat, 1 S2OH (all individual movements)
3 Athletes work while 1 rests. All three exercises occur at the same time. Athletes may not advance to the next skill until their teammates have completed their work at their station.
