5-5-3-3-3 of Pendlay Row & BB Bench press and 5 x 10-15 GHD Sit-ups (super-setting all sets) (25-28 min)


Tabata These: Alternating Rounds: 6 rounds of each exercise (12 total rounds = 6 min)
-Banded Hang Power snatch (45/35) (blue or yellow leg bands under knee cap) (Technique focused)
-Banded air squats
