WOD Review:

Warm up all together: 60 sec bike, 30 sec PVC pass thru, 5 TVWQB, 10 BB bench press, 10 BB bicep curls, 10 PVC pass thru


3 sets of:
10 Bench press directly into 15-20 tubing Chest flies (feel the PUMP)
8-10 DB or BB Bicep curls directly into DB or Tubing front shoulder raises


Tabata These:
Tabata #1: Hollow rocks
Tabata #2: Flat bench reverse hyper-extensions
