Warm-up: 15 min
Weighted GHD Hip Extensions - 3 x 15
Chelsea: (everyone is working for 30 min)
EMOM for 30 min of: 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Air Squats
If you have completed/finished Chelsea before, add 1 rep to each skill for each occurrence you have completed the workout.
If you are no longer are able to complete the rounds as prescribed, adjust the reps so you can continue the workout for the entire 30 minutes
