CrossFit Games Open Workout 17.2

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
2 rounds of:
  50-ft. Weighted Walking Lunge
  16 Toes-to-bar
  8 Power Cleans
Then, 2 rounds of:
  50-ft. Weighted Walking Lunge
  16 Bar Muscle-ups
  8 Power Cleans
Etc., alternating between toes-to-bar and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds.

Men Rx: 50# / Scaled: 35# (hanging knee raise and chin over bar pull-ups) / Masters 55+: 35# (toes to bar and chest to bar pull-ups) / Scaled Masters 55+: 20# (sit-ups and jumping chest to bar pull-ups)

Women RX: 35# / Scaled 20# (hanging knee raise and chin over bar pull-ups) / Masters 55+: 20# (toes to bar and chest to bar pull-ups) / Scaled Masters 55+: 10# (sit-ups and jumping chest to bar)
